We want your shopping experience with us to be as pleasurable and hassle free
as possible. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your
unaltered order within 30 days of the original ship date for a full
refund minus the original shipping charge. To ensure a simple return process,
please follow the policy guidelines listed below. There is no need to contact
us before returning an order unless a return is needed due to defective
merchandise or an error on our part. If this is the case, please click here to contact

Policy Guidelines & Information

All returns must reach us within 30 days
of the original ship date.

All yarn must be returned in its original
shipping condition (i.e. uncut, unwashed, hanked
etc.).
·
Any packaged item must be returned in its
original packaging.
·
Unless due to our error, return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.
·
Original shipping will be deducted from your
refund if an order that received free original shipping is returned.
·
If a portion of a free shipping order is
returned, only the original shipping for that portion will be deducted from
your refund if the remaining (kept) portion of the order would have
still been eligible for free shipping. If the returned portion causes the
remaining portion of the original order to be unqualified for free shipping,
the full original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

A copy of your original order or receipt must be
included in the return package.

Online order returns should include the account
number, CVV# &
exp. date of the credit card you wish your refund to be issued.

Patterns, needles cannot be returned.

Very Important Information - Please Read!!
We are unable to offer claims of any kind after
the 30 day time frame has expired or merchandise has been altered!
We offer a very generous return policy because we want to give our customers
enough time to inspect and confirm their choices. However, the time limit we do
have on returns is strictly enforced. To ensure a smooth return /
refund, please make sure you have read and understand the full return policy of
Needles & Knobs and Needles & Knobs.com. Please be aware that NO
refunds will be issued for returns that are not received at our store within 30
days of the original ship date. Before shipping a return, we
encourage our customers to verify the transit times of their selected courier
as any returns exceeding this time frame will be shipped back to the
customer at his / her expense. Also please note that we cannot refund what we
don"t receive so we urge our customers to keep a record of the return tracking
number or request a delivery receipt. We cannot stress enough the importance of
our time frame. Please do not ship a return if it will not reach us within the 30
day guidelines stated here. If this request is ignored and a return is
delivered to us but not received in time for a refund, the customer will have
the option of consuming all expenses to have the package reshipped to him/her
(paying a total of 3 shipping charges!) or forfeiting everything (having
nothing at all to show for 2 shipping charges!). Please Do Not take that chance! Inspect your order upon receipt to
confirm the quality of the merchandise and your satisfaction. Notify us immediately
of any errors on our part or product defects so that we can issue a return or
replacement before the 30 day deadline. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer
any claims if we are notified about defects or errors after the 30 day deadline
has expired or after the merchandise has been altered in any way (not in
original shipping condition). If you have your order shipped to another party it
is still your responsibility to make sure the merchandise is inspected for
quality and any claims are made within the 30 day time frame. Likewise, if it will be a while before you are
able to start a project your order will still need to be inspected immediately
upon arrival before it is stored away. We are unable to offer claims
of any kind after the 30 day time frame has expired or merchandise has been
altered in any way.
After your return has been received
Customers that meet our return policy guidelines will receive a full product
refund less original shipping charges. You will receive a detailed confirmation
once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks after it reaches
to receive a refund. This will give us the time we
need to fully inspect the shipment and process your refund. If your order was
placed online, please remember to list your credit card information to ensure
the speediest refund. Customers that do not meet our return policy
guidelines will be contacted.
Exchanges
All guidelines provided in our return policy also
apply to exchanges. After
the return and exchange are calculated (along with the shipping charge for the
exchange), the remaining balance will be either refunded or charged to your
account.
